Pacific Grove Art Center to be honored as Nonprofit of the Year. The Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce will honor the Art Center as Nonprofit of the Year 2009 at their annual awards dinner to be held at Asilomar on Saturday evening, May 30, 2009. A No-Host Reception will begin at 6 pm, followed by dinner at 7 pm. Tickets are $45 and may be purchased by contacting Rita Pescatore at rita@pacificgrove.org to confirm your attendance and menu selection of filet, halibut, or vegetarian. This recognition comes at a time when we will be celebrating our 40th anniversary, and supporters of the Art Center members are encouraged to attend.
